In the coming few months we will be moving our corporate offices. We will be moving to the Lake Geneva business park. Our new home can be found here:

Our offices will be closing Tuesday @ 1:00 pm and all of Wednesday Jan 1st. for New Years. As always, technical support is available 24x7x365.
 Important changes for Dialup users
        08/07/2013 New Nationwide Dialup service
We now offer Nationwide dialup service. As part of the changes we are making it will require changes for all current dialup customers.
Starting today we have a complete list of new access numbers. All dialup customers will need to make changes to their access number by August 12th, 2013. The login name format is also changing. You now have to login with the following format: username@genevaonline.com
You will also have to change your outgoing email server settings. Authentication will now be required for dialup users to send out email.

 4th of July Holiday Hours
       
Our offices will be closed Thursday and Friday July 4th & 5th.
We will return Monday July 8th with normal office hours.

 DSL Scheduled Maintenance

All DSL customer may see an interruption in service in a scheduled maintenance window of 12:00 AM - 5:00 AM early Thursday morning. We expect the outage to last between 15-30 minutes.
 Power Restored
        6/03/13 5:45 PM Host Dr. Water Tower power restored
Service has been restored to the Host Dr tower site.

Wireless internet customers that are serviced from the Host Drive water tower are experiencing an outage. The backup power generators have also failed to restore power. We are waiting for power to be restored and are investigating the generator failure.

There has been a rash of bogus emails being sent asking for a wide range of personal information. Everything from asking you to change passwords or account settings to verifying account information. Please do not click on these emails or try to respond to them. They are SPAM emails trying to get you to give up personal information.
