Meeting called to order at 8:35 a.m.

Frank Chesen, Scott Haldeman, and Eileen Stefanski present. Dan Ellison arrived at 9:00 a.m. Also present was Jeff Thornton from SWRPC.

Discussion of grants - Jeffrey Thornton was present to discuss the Wisconsin Lake Management Planning Project Grant Application. Jeff will be presenting a draft at our January 6, 1999 meeting. The district will ask the Bloomfield Town Board and Walworth County for letters of support of the Lake Management Plan. The Sanitary District to have a Comprehensive Lake Management Plan Resolution made up for the January meeting. Scott Haldeman to have quotes for testing from consultants.

Motion by Ellison, seconded by Haldeman to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously.
