Motion made by Stefanski, seconded by Derks to approve the substantial completion of the WWTP and reduce the retainer to $70,000.00. Motion passed unanimously

Motion made by Derks seconded by Markut to charge $75.00 for septic waste and $10.00 for holding tank waste. Motion passed unanimously

Motion made by Derks, seconded by Stefanski in compliance with Section 19.85(1)(g), Wisconsin Statutes to go into closed session to interview candidates for the opening at the WWTP and to discuss personnel issues. Motion passed unanimously

Motion made by Derks, seconded by Markut to go into open session. Motion passed unanimously

Motion made by Derks, seconded by Markut, to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously.
