Markut made a motion, seconded by Stefanski in compliance with Section 19.85(1)(g), Wisconsin Statutes to go into closed session to interview candidates for the opening at the WWTP. Motion passed unanimously

Motion made by Markut to offer the job opening at the WWTP to Guy Giebel. Motion failed due to no second being made.

Motion made by Stefanski seconded by Derks to offer the job opening at the WWTP to Kieth Sagart. Motion passed on a 2 aye, 1 no vote with Markut voting no

Motion by Derks, seconded by Markut, to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously.
