made by Derks, seconded by Stefanski to approve the minutes from the May 15th
regular monthly meeting. Motion
passed unanimously
Motion
made by Stefanski seconded by Derks to approve checks numbered 1209 to 1210, 1070
to 1072, and 2545 to 2626. Motion
passed unanimously
Kirt
Ludwig gave the attorney’s report: The District should follow the state
statutes of one year for filing claims against property tax assessments

made a motion, seconded by Derks, to purchase a sewer cleaning machine. Motion passed unanimously
Markut
made a motion seconded by Stefanski, to create a Bulk Water policy of charging
$25.00 for the service and $2.80 per thousand gallons each time for filling
swimming pools. The sewer charge would be credited back. Motion passed unanimously
Stefanski
made a motion seconded by Derks, to apply to the Clean Water Fund for an
additional funding for looping the water mains. Motion passed unanimously.
Markut
made a motion, seconded by Stefanski, to hire an outside firm to televise the
sewers to check for illegal sump hookups to the Wastewater collection
system. Motion passed unanimously
A line of credit was signed and sent to the
Town of Bloomfield for the opening of roads for installing services.
