Motion made by Derks, seconded by Markut to approve the minutes from the June 19th regular monthly. Motion passed unanimously

Frank Chesen gave the Lakes and Rehabilitation Committee report. Frank resigned as President of this committee

Markut made a motion, seconded by Derks, to deny a sewer credit to Marcia Baumgartner for sewer when someone hooked up an illegal "leaky" hose to her water supply. Motion passed unanimousl

Derks made a motion seconded by Markut, to purchase a Gorman-Rupp portable trash pump for $12,000.00. Motion passed unanimously

Derks made a motion seconded by Markut to rescind his earlier motion to purchase a Gorman-Rupp pump for $12,000.00. Motion passed unanimously.

Derks made a motion, seconded by Markut, to purchase a Gorman-Rupp pump for $12,000.00 and to purchase inlet and discharge hoses from Crane for $2,126.06, Motion passed unanimously
