MINUTES FROM OCTOBER 16, 2000
CLOSED SESSION:
Call to order at 6:45 PM
Roll Call - Stefanski and Markut present, Derks absent; Peter Ludwig present as attorney.
Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to move into closed session
in compliance with Section 19.85(1) (g), Wisconsin Statues, to discuss employee reviews. MOTION PASSED 2-0.
Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to go into open session. MOTION PASSED 2-0.
Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to give Marc Weise and Keith Sagert five percent wage increases retroactive to their six-month anniversary dates. MOTION PASSED 2-0.
Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to adjourn the closed session at 6:55 PM. MOTION PASSED 2-0.
OPEN SESSION-GENERAL MEETING
Call to order at 7:00 PM
Roll Call - Stefanski and Markut present. Derks absent. Peter Ludwig as attorney.
Agenda postings were verified by Markut.
Motion by Stefanski, seconded by Markut, to approve meeting minutes of 9/18, 9/20, and 9/29. MOTION PASSED 2-0.
Motion by Stefanski, seconded by Markut, to approve check numbers 1080-1082, 2829-2876. MOTION PASSED 2-0.
Attorney's report - Peter Ludwig gave quick update on easements. Legal actions are starting to work according to attorney as less people are missing deadlines and are being more cooperative.
Engineer's report - Submitted in writing by Chuck Sommers.
Lakes and Rehab report - Bill will contact Kathy Aron about a data collection update.
Discussion and possible action regarding purchase of truck. Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to collect bids for a small pickup truck contingent that the Clean Water Fund approval. MOTION PASSED 2-0.
President's Report: Mentioned reviews conducted in earlier closed session
Treasurer's Report: Account balance is $3,409,949.50 . Clean Water Fund request has been submitted and Eileen will bring results back for the November meeting.
Secretary's Report: None.
