Commissioners: Bill
Markut, John Derks and Eileen Stefanski present. Also
present was Chuck Sommers, Engineer, Kirt Ludwig, Attorney.
Agenda posting was
verified by John Derks.
Derks made a motion,
seconded by Stefanski to approve the minutes from the November 20th regular
monthly meeting and December 10th Special open meeting, Motion passed
unanimously
Stefanski made a motion,
seconded by Derks to approve checks numbered 2957-3033, balance on hand $3,360,378.49, Motion
passed unanimously
Chuck Sommers gave the
Engineers report.
Stefanski made a motion,
seconded by Derks, to purchase a new meter reader for $7500.00, Motion passed
unanimously.
Baxter
and Woodman will reimburse the PLSD for Lake Geneva highway lowering and the PLSD will pay
for lowering the services at West Forest.
Derks
made a motion, seconded by Stefanski, to hire Westrum Leak Detection Co. to detect any
leaks in the water system for $6825.00 (est.) in the spring, Motion passed unanimously
Markut made a motion,
seconded by Stefanski, in compliance with Section 19.85 (1) (e), Wisconsin Statutes, to go
into closed session to discuss negotiations relative to easements, and in compliance to
Section 19.85 (e) to discuss engineering fees, Motion passed unanimously
Derks made a motion,
seconded by Stefanski to go into open session, Motion passed unanimously
