Bill Markut, John Derks and Eileen Stefanski present. Also present was Pete Ludwig, Attorney, and Bob Benson, Engineer
from Baxter and Woodman.

Derks
made a motion, seconded by Markut to approve the minutes from the May 21st
regular monthly meeting, Motion passed unanimously
Stefanski
made a motion, seconded by Derks, to approve checks numbered 1088, 3391 thru
3461, balance on hand $2,966,309.22, Motion passed unanimously
Pete
Ludwig gave the Attorney’s report on court appearances. A number of judgments
were entered. One half of the people with a court date were hooked up. Need to
get court orders to hook up customers that we have the judgments for. Need to
get customers to abandon the wells and septic systems. Next court appearance is
September 4, 2001.
Bob
Benson presented the Engineers report. See attached copy.
Bill
Markut presented a Certificate of Recognition to John Corey for his work on
trails on Lake Shore Drive.
Derks
made a motion, seconded by Markut, to adopt the water leak policy, Motion
passed unanimously
Right
of Way Certificate postponed until July Meeting
Jim
Marquart to contact the county about cost associated with antenna on water
tower.
Stefanski made a motion,
seconded by Derks to contract with Central Reserve Life for health insurance
except for dental which the District will self insure with minor changes, Motion passed
unanimously
