from Baxter and Woodman.

made a motion, seconded by Stefanski to approve the minutes from the June 18th
regular monthly meeting, Motion passed unanimously
Stefanski
made a motion, seconded by Derks, to approve checks numbered 1227-1228, 3462
thru 3524, balance on hand $2,723,371.24Motion passed unanimously
Pete
Ludwig gave the Attorney’s report as follows: Fischer asking to be released
from a judgement on a Delavan property they own but not the property that is
located in Pell Lake Sanitary District #1. This will be agreed upon with the
stipulation that they will hook up the property located in Pell Lake to the
Pell Lake Sanitary District #1 system.
Bob
Benson presented the Engineers report. See attached copy.
Bob
Benson will check with Chuck Sommers as to the ownership of the property now
being used for a driveway at W1245 Lakeshore Drive.
No
action was taken on the location of an antenna on the water tower Jim Marquart
to inquire about fees from county.
