Bill Markut, John Derks and Eileen Stefanski present. Also present was Pete Ludwig, Attorney, and Bob Benson, Engineer
from Baxter and Woodman.

Derks
made a motion, seconded by Stefanski to approve the minutes from the October 15th
regular monthly and the October 17TH Special Open meeting, Motion
passed unanimously
Stefanski
made a motion, seconded by Markut, to approve checks numbered 3723 thru 3796
and 1230 thru 1232, balance on hand $3,172,972.11 Motion passed unanimously
Pete gave the Attorney’s
report: Guntly’s to pay all monies as requested in judgements. Kirt to be out 2
to 5 months due to illness.
Bob
Benson presented the Engineers report: report unchanged from last month with
the exceptions of the closing of some issues on the issues list and the setting
up of meetings with Mann Bros. to try and get the issues list completed and
project closed out.
Derks
made a motion, seconded by Markut, to give Joan Raisner a sewer credit of
$346.50 for the property at N1519 Orchid Drive due to frozen water pipes in her
home last winter, not due to her negligence, contingent upon her not receiving
a insurance settlement for the same. Motion passed unanimously
Final
request for Clean Water funding for project was signed
