made a motion, seconded by Stefanski to approve the minutes from the February
18, 2001 regular meeting, Motion passed unanimously
Stefanski made a motion, seconded by Derks, to
approve checks numbered 3999 to 4059, 1089, Balance on hand, $4,235.790.90, Motion
passed unanimously
Bob Hankel gave the Attorney’s
report: Vicki View Peterson has offered to settle on condition that the District
drop all possible judgements against them. This offer was not acceptable to the
District. Still no answer from the Marsalas parties about judgements on their
property taxes.

made a motion, seconded by Stefanski to pursue legal remedies in regards to
Indiana Contruction, Motion passed unanimously
Stefanski
made a motion, seconded by Derks to adopt the CMAR for 2001, Motion
passed unanimously
No
action was taken on a new cross connection policy.
Derks
made a motion, seconded by Stefanski, to adopt the Travel and Expense Policy
for the District, Motion passed unanimously
