made a motion, seconded by Stefanski, In accordance with Section 19.85(1)(g) to
go into closed session to confer with the Districts legal counsel regarding
discussion and strategy to adopt which is likely to become a legal action for
failure to complete contractual obligations, Motion passed unanimously
Derks made a motion,
seconded by Stefanski, to go into open session, Motion passed unanimously
Derks made a motion,
seconded by Stefanski, to adjourn, Motion passed unanimously
