made a motion, seconded by Derks, that in accordance with Section 19.85(1)(g)
to go into closed session to confer with the Districts legal counsel regarding
the status of the litigation against I.C.C., and to discuss personnel matters, Motion
passed unanimously

seconded by Stefanski, to go into open session, Motion passed unanimously
Derks made a motion,
seconded by Stefanski, to adjourn, Motion passed unanimously
