made a motion, seconded by Stefanski to approve the minutes from the August 19,
2002 regular meeting, Motion passed with 2 aye and Bill Markut
abstaining because of his absence from the meeting
Stefanski made a motion, seconded by Markut to
approve check #’s 4439 to 4521 and check # 1243, Motion passed unanimously. Balance on hand $3,855,142.34
Bob Hankel gave the Attorney’s
report: Has not sent the letter to Indiana Construction as of now. Will go out
on the 17th of September 2002

made a motion, seconded by Stefanski, to install the portable generator
permanently on Orchid Dr. by Magaw Electric construction, Inc. per quote of
$5310.00. Stahulac Concrete to pour pad for generator, Motion passed unanimously

action was taken on the enclosing of the bar screen area

action was taken on the CTW P.O. for recording vibrations, District to go with
Barryman
Stefanski
made a motion, seconded by Markut, to begin litigation against the Town Of
Bloomfield if the Township does not agree to have a meeting within the next 30
days to resolve the issue of road payments owed to the Pell Lake Sanitary
District
