to order at 6:08 p.m. by Derks
Commissioners:
Bill Markut arrived at 6:30 p.m., John Derks and Eileen Stefanski present. Also present was Bob Hankel, Attorney, and
Bob Benson, Engineer from Baxter and Woodman, the Bloomfield Town Board with
their Attorney, and a representative from B.R. Amon & Sons, Road
Contractor.

A discussion was held
about the Amounts the Town Owes the District. Phase I was agreed that the amount
of $57,943.80 was correct. Phase II was disputed and more research needs to be
done. There is a disputed amount of approx. $10,000.00 in Phase II. In Phase
III, there was a disputed amount of approx. $3,000.00 between the Town and the
District.
John Derks made a motion,
seconded by Stefanski to go with the amount of $86,268.16 instead of
$89,009.55, Motion passed unanimously
The Town Board was in
general agreement with this but did not vote on it because the meeting was not
posted as a voting meeting.
The final amount agreed
to by the Town of Bloomfield was $153,853.15 for Phase I and Phase III with the
additional cost of paving Oak, Spruce, and Hickory of $9,641.19 included in this amount.
Derks
made a motion, seconded by Stefanski, to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously.
