Schneider
made a motion, seconded by Markut, That in compliance with Section 19.85(1)
(g), Wisconsin Statutes, to go into CLOSED SESSION to conduct interviews for a
new employee. Motion passed unanimously
Stephen
Wisniewski was interviewed at 10:00 A.M.
Schneider
made a motion, seconded by Derks, to go into open session, Motion passed unanimously
Derks
made a motion, seconded by Schneider, to make a job offer to Domenic
Alexandroni with the contingency that Mr. Alexandroni would move to within 30
miles of the district. If Mr. Alexandroni refused the job offer or refused to
comply with the contingency, the same job offer would be extended to Tristan
Skilling. Motion passed unanimously

made a motion, seconded by Schneider to adjourn, Motion passed unanimously
