Call to order at 5:20 p.m. by Markut

Commissioners: Bill Markut and Paul Schneider by conference call, and John Derks present with Bob Hankel in the Law Office of Peter Ludwig

Markut made a motion, seconded by Derks, In accordance with Section 19.85(1)(g), Wisconsin Statutes, to go in closed session to confer with District legal counsel regarding discussion and possible strategy to adopt which is likely to become a legal action for failure to complete contractual obligations, Motion passed unanimously

Derks made a motion, seconded by Schneider to go into open session, Motion passed unanimously

Derks made a motion, seconded by Schneider to adjourn, Motion passed unanimously

Meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
