Call to order at 6:40 p.m. by Markut

Commissioners: Bill Markut, Paul Schneider and John Derks present

John Derks verified agenda posting on Friday October 22, 2003 by John Derks

Derks made a motion, seconded by Schneider, In accordance with Section 19.85(1)(g), Wisconsin Statutes, to go in closed session to discuss the performance of the Districts engineers, Motion passed unanimously

Derks made a motion, seconded by Markut to go into open session, Motion passed unanimously

Paul made a motion to solicit other engineering firms for bids and or presentations at a later date to be determined.for providing engineering services to the district. This solicitation shall include B&W, , Motion passed unanimously

Derks made a motion, seconded by Schneider to adjourn, Motion passed unanimously
