Minutes from the Special Open Meeting and Public Budget Hearing Friday December 26, 2003.

Call to order at 6:00 p.m. by Markut

Commissioners: Bill Markut, John Derks and Paul Schneider present. Also present was Bob Hankel,

Derks verified agenda posting on Monday December 15, 2003 at 5:00 P.M. and the Amended Agenda on December 15, 2003 at 6:00 P.M.

Markut made a motion, seconded by Derks, to open the Public Hearing on the proposed 2004 P.L.S.D. budget, Motion passed unanimously

Derks made a motion, seconded by Schneider to close the P.L.S.D Public Hearing on the 2004 proposed budget, Motion passed unanimously

Derks made a motion, seconded by Schneider to approve the 2004 proposed budget, Motion passed unanimously

Derks made a motion, seconded by Schneider, to change the vacation p[olicy to read that vacations weeks will be calculated to the year of the employees anniversary, Motion passed unanimously

Derks made a motion, seconded by Markut, to publish for bids the electrical for the bar screen building, Motion passed unanimously

Schnieder made a motion, seconded by Markut to adjourn, Motion passed unanimously

Meeting was concluded at 6:18 P.M.
