made a motion, seconded by Schneider to award the contract for electric to the
bar screen structure to Delta Electric for a total cost not to exceed
$20,456.00, Motion passed unanimously

made a motion, seconded by Derks to move item #5 on the agenda to after the
closed session, Motion passed

Schneider
made a motion, seconded by Derks to approve the following items from the
C.I.P.,WTP,2, 3, 7, 8, 12, 13, with additional information needed on the cost
of new copy machine and purchase verses leasing same. And at the WWTP, 1, 6, 8,
10, 12 with #12 being separated into 2 phases after the wasting valves
purchased last year ore installed and evaluated, Motion passed
unanimously
Derks made a motion, seconded by Schneider, that
in compliance with Section 19.85(1)(g) Wisconsin Statues, to go into closed
session to discuss employees evaluations and wages, Motion passed
unanimously
Schneider
made a motion, seconded by Derks, to go into open session,
Schneider
made a motion, seconded by Derks to increase the following employee’s wages by
5% which includes a 3.5% C.O.L.A and a 1.5% merit increase, Marc, Dominic,
Burt, Keith and Jim and to increase JoAnn’s Wages by $1.50 per hour, Motion passed unanimously
