Motion by Stefanski, seconded by Markut, to go into CLOSED SESSION per Sec. 19.85(1)(g), Wisconsin Statutes to discuss and approve strategies relative to the Conditional Use permit denial. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to authorize our attorney to file an appeal to the Board of Adjustments and file a Writ of Certiorari. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to apply for another conditional use permit. Motion passed unanimously.
