Meeting was called to order by Ed Nosalski at 9:01 AM with Ed Nosalski, Bill Markut, and Eileen Stefanski present.

Motion by Nosalski, seconded by Stefanski, to go into CLOSED SESSION per Sec. 19.85(1)(g), Wisconsin Statutes to discuss and approve strategies relative to the Conditional Use permit denial. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to explore entering into negotiations with Walworth County regarding a property value agreement for landowner around the waste water treatment site. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion to end closed session by Stefanski, seconded by Markut. Motion passed unanimously.

The commissioners left at this time to tour the Lake Geneva and Genoa City waste water treatment facilities.
