Meeting was called to order by Bill Markut at 8:30 AM with Bill Markut and Eileen Stefanski present. Also present were Jim Johnson, Dave Wagner, and Kirt Ludwig. Absent was Ed Nosalski.

Motion to enter into an agreement and offer to purchase 13.61 acres of land from Carl and Robert Johnson for an amount to not exceed $100,000 by Markut, seconded by Stefanski. Motion passed 2-0.

Motion to submit an application for a conditional use permit on the Johnson property by Markut, seconded by Stefanski. Motion passed 2-0.

Motion to adjourn by Stefanski, seconded by Markut. Motion passed 2-0.
