MINUTES FROM PLSD SPECIAL CLOSED MEETING ON FEBRUARY 18, 1998
Meeting was called to order at 10:08 AM by Ed Nosalski.
Roll Call - All commissioners present (Nosalski, Stefanski, & Markut) including Jim Johnson, Kirt Ludwig, and attorneys from DeWitt, Ross, & Stevens from Madison.
Verification of agenda posting was done by Bill Markut.
Motion by Stefanski, seconded by Markut, to go into CLOSED SESSION to discuss pending litigation and claim against Walworth County. Motion passed unanimously 3-0.
Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to adjourn at 11:53 AM. Motion passed unanimously.
