Verification of agenda posting was done by Bill Markut.

Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to go into CLOSED SESSION to discuss the wastewater treatment site and further negotiations with the Liningers. Motion passed unanimously 3-0.

Motion by Stefanski, seconded by Markut, to enter into agreement with Fred & Judy Lininger to purchase property with contingencies outlined in letter from Kirt Ludwig, dated 2/25/98, including the following changes:

• Purchase price is $200,000
• Farming agreement for 5 years guaranteed, with annual approval for subsequent 15 years
• $3000 earnest money guaranteed

Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to adjourn at 7:02 PM. Motion passed unanimously.
