Meeting was called to order at 7:09 PM by Ed Nosalski.

Roll Call - Ed Nosalski and Bill Markut present along with Carl Moon from Baxter & Woodman. Eileen Stefanski was absent while attending a training course for the utility billing software and Kirt Ludwig was also absent.

Verification of agenda posting was done by Bill Markut. Eileen Stefanski posted the agenda at the usual locations on Saturday.

Motion by Markut, seconded by Nosalski, to approve meeting minutes of March 16 (both open and closed), March 27, and April 2. Motion passed unanimously 2-0.

Motion by Markut, seconded by Nosalski, to approve the payment of bills totaling $98,221.61. Motion passed unanimously 2-0.

Carl Moon was introduced as the new office manager in the Burlington office of Baxter & Woodman. He gave the engineer's report.

Motion by Markut, seconded by Nosalski, to refund the property owner of parcel tax key #MPL00992, a total of $292 for the assessment overcharge and the error to be corrected. Motion passed unanimously 2-0.

Kirt Ludwig is in attendance with the board at 7:35 PM.

Open meeting law and citizen participation is discussed by Attorney Ludwig for the benefit of the public.

Motion by Markut, seconded by Nosalski, to authorize bids for the farming of rental property at the water tower and Daisy Road locations contingent on evidence of appropriate insurance coverage to be opened on Monday, May 18, at 7:00 PM.
Motion passed unanimously 2-0.
