Stefanski motioned, seconded by Markut, to award C.A. Construction of Genoa City the water treatment plant garage contract for $16,461. Motion passed unanimously 2-0.

Phase 2 bids were not ready and would be placed on the May 18 agenda.

Ordinances 97-1, 97-2, and 97-3 were discussed.

Motion by Stefanski, seconded by Markut, to adopt a policy for well-operation permits to be renewed annually for a $50 fee. Motion passed unanimously 2-0.

Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to advertise in the Lake Geneva News for Wisconsin certified plumbers to submit their name, address, phone number, and plumbing license number for the convenience of PLSD residents with no expressed endorsement by PLSD. Motion passed unanimously 2-0.
