Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to rescind the awarding of the contract on May 21, 1998 to C.A. Construction for the garage at the water treatment facility. Motion passed unanimously 2-0.

Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to reimburse C.A. Construction the $800 bid bond for the rescinded garage bid. Motion passed unanimously 2-0.

Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to award the contract for the garage at the water treatment facility to the next lowest bidder, Katzenberg Construction, as was bidded. Motion passed 1-0; Markut-Yea, Stefanski - Abstained.

Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously 2-0.
