Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to go into CLOSED SESSION to interview personnel for employment of a public employee over which the sanitary district will have authority. Motion passed unanimously 2-0.

Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously 2-0.
