Meeting was called to order at 9:35 am by Bill Markut with Eileen Stefanski present.

Eileen Stefanski verified the posting of the agenda on July 8^th at 9:00 am.

Motion by Stefanski, seconded by Markut to adopt the Water Rates, Rules and Regulations Ordinance No. 98-3 including discussed changes to 3.02 and 3.07. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion by Stefanski, seconded by Markut to adopt Resolution 98-2 Amending a Resolution Adopted August 8, 1996 Authorizing The Issuance and Sale of Water System Mortgage Revenue Bonds. Motion passed unanimously.

Gravel shoulders on newly paved roads was tabled for more information.

Motion to adjourn by Stefanski, seconded by Markut. Motion passed unanimously.
