 Motion by Stefanski, seconded by Markut, in compliance with Section 19.85 (1) (e) and Section 19.85 (1) (c), Wisconsin Statues, vote to go into Closed Session for the purpose of discussing Offers To Purchase and to conduct interview for Water Treatment Plant Operator. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion by Stefanski, seconded by Markut, vote to go into Open Session. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion by Stefanski, seconded by Markut, to adopt counter offer as presented with the amount of $97,290 for Holden, Robinson, and Robinson, and $29,081 for Guntly's. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion by Stefanski, seconded by Markut, to hire James Marquardt at $40,000 per year including 10 sick days, 1 weeks vacation after 1 year employment, health insurance, and a review after six months. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion by Stefanski, seconded by Markut, to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously.
