 Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, in compliance with Section 19.85 (1) (e), Wisconsin Statues, vote to go into Closed Session for the purpose of discussing Offers To Purchase. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski, vote to go into Open Session. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion by Stefanski, seconded by Markut, to counter offer Holden, Robinson, Robinson, and Guntly's counter offer as presented. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion by Stefanski, seconded by Markut, to accept Dennis Unbehaun's offer to purchase if the signed counter offer from Holden, Robinson, Robinson, and Guntly is not received by 8:00 p.m., October 5, 1998. Motion passed unanimously.
