Call to order at 5:08 pm.

Commissioners Bill Markut and Eileen Stefanski present along with Chuck Sommers, Dave Wagner, Tom Dolatowski, Ken Monroe, Ken Leedle, Jim Rockenbach, Tom Sullivan, Steven Harvey, and Martie Wells.

Agenda posting was verified by Bill Markut.

Discussion regarding a road restoration agreement between the district and the township resulted in motions by the township to pay for paving Pell Lake roads including specified gravel roads. A payment plan is yet to be determined.

Impact fees were discussed and agreed upon in theory. The township will be consulting further with their attorney.

Motion by Markut, seconded by Stefanski to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously.
