Meeting called to order at 3:00 p.m. by Bill Markut

Roll call: Bill Markut, Eileen Stefanski, John Derks present

Markut made a motion to go into closed session in compliance with Section 19.85(1)(g) Wisconsin Statutes, Stefanski seconded to interview candidates for the clerks position, Motion passed unanimously

Motion made by Stefanski to hire Joanne Kanas as the clerk at $9.00 per hour with full benefits, seconded by Markut, Motion passed unanimously

Derks made a motion to adjourn at 4:40 PM, seconded by Markut, Motion passed unanimously
