special meeting, seconded by Markut, Motion passed unanimously

Stefanski made a motion to approve the bill check #’s 1184 to 1190, 2016 to2061, and 1041 to 1043, and Bal. on hand of $2874029.83 seconded by Derks, Motion passed unanimously

Frank Chesen gave Lake Management & Rehabilitation Committee report

Markut made a motion to approve the proposal from Aron & Associates for lake study and water sampling,

seconded by Stefanski, Motion passed unanimously

Stefanski made a motion to use the State Local Investment Pool as a PLSD Depository, seconded by Markut, Motion passed unanimously

Derks made a motion to grant extensions to the following adresses:W1136 Celadine,W1007 Juniper, W948

Geranium,W1069 Rosewood, N1112 Jonquil, W989 Geranium and N1235 Mulberry, seconded by Stefanski, Motion passed unanimously

Derks made a motion to purchase a 2000 model truck from Lynch Chevrolet in Burlington for $19,871.00

plus license fee, seconded by Markut, Motion passed unanimously
