AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BOND SCHEDULE
FOR DISTRICT ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS
The commissioners of Pell Lake Sanitary District No. 1, Bloomfield Township, Walworth County, Wisconsin do ordain as follows:
Section 1: This ordinance is enacted to provide a bond schedule for violations of District ordinances.
Section 2: The district ordinance adopting and authorizing the use of citations is amended by adding the following section (3): For violations of district ordinances the following bond schedule shall apply:
